Bu arada Sarıkayalara benden de bir serzeniş oldu araştırma safhasında…İngilizce bir serzenişdi bu… çünkü “İstanbul servisleriniz nerede sitede bulamıyorum ?” özetli türkçe soruma İngilizce olarak sadece çok hoş(!) 1 hoş geldin cevabı vermişler…. default olarak yani… ..ben buradan şu sonucu çıkarıyorum arkadaşlar derdimiz olursa bundan sonra İngilizce anlatcaz herhalde….ama sonuç alırmıyız bilemiyorum henüz ….
Ben bi tane gönderdim…. onlara bu soruyu sormak zorunda kalışımın ve niye cevap alamadığımın nedenini ortaya koyan bir mail ….sizinle de paylaşmak istedim umarım bi sakıncası yoktur

First of all, the purpose of this mail is not being didactic this is just an example of customer demand. I really thank you for your welcoming “welcome mail without reply” to my question and request... but now it is too late to answer them and then I have some suggestion for you. I was very disappointed while I was visiting your website. Loading….Loading…Loading …..but really nothing is inside…almost empty. You really should take into account Technologic developments SERIOUSLY… like E-CRM, E-business, E-commerce ( means using WEB based marketing and sales solutions) while you are developing, formulating your Marketing Strategy and Advertising Methods dealt with your existing and new products IMMEDIATELY!!! considering, clearing and restating the company mission if you want to sell more products and to be more reliable for potential new customers and have sustainable reputation in this highly competitive motorcycle market.
On the WEB based competitive market you are loosing your reliability at first sight because of the insufficient, raw website about the products and the company. Your web site also hasn’t got user friendly design….. For potential customers WHO ARE VIRTUALLY NEW GENERATION, the primary resource for any research has been INTERNET not mass-media Ads almost for 10 years. We (new generation customers) don’t make buying decision on products just by mass-media ads and brand familiarity. After watching advertisements we make comparative deep research especially on internet then we choose the dealers nearby we want go and go exhibitions and communicate with the users of the products…. …..You really should pay more attention to the content of your website such as Technical specifications, company trustworthiness, addresses and telephones which you should supply clearly and correctly, etc… Before preparing the content , please empathize with the customers( use empathy)…. take into consideration customer needs and preferences from the customer’s point of view… and think of your website as a portal for your existing and potential new product users…. maybe… for all motorcycle owners…why not?
Furthermore …please do not copy the Chinese web site…please choose the way of tailoring it considering new generation Turkish customers and Turkish culture and habits for local market.
I have already read your mission that is “taking part into the international market as well as local market with the customer oriented focus, view” but …. I can only see that is “just words” I could not feel any focus on us (customers) actually when I met you on internet .... and I noticed that you have “a product oriented mission” too. Your motto: “As we always say, We just have begun business, without reckoning the past 45 years.” YES!, we have just met! and Where do we know that your past 45 years experience? It seems like ironic. You should show evidence and prove this.
I hope that you already know all these needs that I mentioned …..IF SO…. please get into immediate action to satisfy them as soon as possible because we (potential new customers who are new generation) really need THAT! and we don’t easily accept the excuses without any acceptable reason and compensation and we do not forgive any careless reply to our mails containing our demands, needs, suggestions, …etc
The summary of this long mail is….…In short “Why should we buy your products?” persuade us…..
