All-New B-King [Hayabusa powered-naked bike] unveiled at US Suzuki Dealer Show!! Also new Hayabusa!!
It's true, the B-King is coming!! Die hard enthusiast have asked Suzuki to produce this bike ever since seeing it in 2001 at the Tokyo Motor Show as a concept. A lot of riders have been asking for top of the line performance, but with comfortable ergonomics of a standard. Well here you go!! Put in the legendary GSX1300 Hayabusa motor, tune it for more low-end [like it didn't have enough already!] without losing any of it's peak horsepower, put it into a state of the art designed body, make sure it has GSXR1000/Hayabusa Spec wheels, forks, swingarm, radial brakes, and presto, you would then have the STANDARD to end all STANDARDS! No horsepower has been officially announced, but Italian press is stating 150-160 rear-wheel horsepower, and huge torque figures probably in the 100 lbs range!! The ONE is coming.
Now the only sad news is we have to wait for the 2nd wave of new motorcycles/atv's for 2007 from Suzuki at their June 2007 [very unusual to have two model launches for the same year, shows they got lot's of good stuff to get out!] Dealer Show. That means if that is when they are releasing full specifications and taking orders, this incredible Hot New Model won't be out probably until Aug/Sept. of 2007. Pricing, colors, and specifications are TBA at this time.
More Great News, is that Suzuki also confirmed that a All-New Hayabusa is in the works, and is coming [sneak video was shown, which didn't show much to us, other than a fast bike going bye in the dark shadows at night in smoke!] We could barely make out sharper lines to the model, with a somewhat different headlight and tail section. Same as above, we will know more next June!
